根據(jù)出產(chǎn)工藝進程按工藝工序進行首件確認(rèn),并對每次下卷半制品或制袋制品進行質(zhì)量控制。咱們假設(shè)在出產(chǎn)進程中對印刷、復(fù)合、分切、制袋進行首件確認(rèn)項目表單,依照項目逐項進行。每次下卷均需求取樣找標(biāo)題,針對標(biāo)題進行改進。例如印刷,用廢物打樣,先審理顏色,在顏色正確的狀況下,換正料印刷500m后換卷取樣做首件供認(rèn),再次檢查顏色、文字、圖像、尺度、全體印刷效果、溶劑殘留等其他質(zhì)量問題。有問題及時改進,沒有問題再大批量出產(chǎn),在這個過程中,每一卷料在下卷時均需求取樣檢查質(zhì)量,也需求施行機長自檢、車間主任監(jiān)督和質(zhì)量巡檢組成的三層質(zhì)量把關(guān)體系,然后可以有效控制質(zhì)量問題發(fā)生。就算有質(zhì)量問題,損失的金額也不會很大,不于半批或整批報廢。

Even if there are quality issues, the amount of loss will not be significant, and it will not be scrapped in half or in whole batches.
